The goal of THE WILD GUT PROJECT is the move from the uncontrollable kind of "wild gut" to the balanced, natural kind of "wild gut".

Plant-Based & Vegan

There are many reasons why you may wish to eat a more plant-based diet and/or follow a vegan lifestyle, such as ethical concerns for animals, the environmental impact of animal agriculture, or simply personal preference. I strongly believe you should not have to compromise your personal values because of IBS. The Wild Gut Project aims to help you to feel better, while fully supporting your values and beliefs.

Taking a full-body and mind approach to
improving gut health

Some gut health issues, such as IBS, can involve the "Gut-Brain-Axis", where our gut and brain influence each other, like Stress-Diarrhea when you least need it! My own journey to with IBS has led me to explore holistic approaches, including yoga and breathwork, which are enriching in their right.

 

As a trained Yoga Instructor, The Wild Gut Project incorporates evidence-based holistic tools, to fully support your gut health and wellbeing.
